This policy applies to the website kladi-bekolli.huzi.site, operated for Kladi Bejkolli, Mortgage Loan Officer, NMLS #1626841. It covers the conversation form and the checklist form on this site. The separate secure loan application is hosted by West Capital Lending, Inc. (NMLS #1566096) and is governed by its own privacy and security practices.
Through the conversation form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the state where the property is or will be, the reason for reaching out, an optional message, and the page of the site where you submitted the request. Through the checklist form: your name and email address. Hidden with each submission is the page you were on, so Kladi can see which pages generate conversations.
The information is used to respond to your request, prepare for a conversation about your situation, send the Homebuyer Starting Checklist when you explicitly ask for it, and understand in aggregate which pages lead people to reach out. We do not sell your information. Nothing on this site adds you to a marketing list automatically; the checklist request is the only email you can opt into, and it is a single email unless you ask for more.
This site’s forms never ask for your Social Security number, banking details, tax returns, or other financial documents. No credit check happens through this website or its conversation form. A credit check happens only inside the secure application flow, after you authorize it.
When you move to the secure application, you leave this site and enter a flow operated by West Capital Lending, Inc. Sensitive information entered there, including identity and financial documents, is handled under West Capital Lending’s own privacy and security policies and applicable lending regulations. This site’s plain forms are not a substitute for that secure flow.
The site owner plans to use Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors find the site and which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregate and does not identify individual visitors, and it is managed under the privacy policy of the analytics provider. Setup instructions for the owner live in the site code so these tools can be enabled with the correct measurement ID.
The lead form is delivered through a secure intake service, and the site is hosted by our publishing platform. Your information is shared only with those service providers for the purpose of delivering your request to Kladi, and with no one else for marketing.

If you asked for the checklist and want the email stopped or removed, say so in a message and it will be done. You are never obligated to share more than you are comfortable with.
